Pear leaf problems

I have tried to attach some photos of a problem I have with a Flemish beauty pear tree. Tree is slow, little new growth, pears and spotted and black patches on leaves and fruit.
Have tried Google for an answer without success. Doea anyone have an answer please.

Just a few leaves, scattered around one side.
In the ground.

If Sooty blotch fungus. What treatment at this time of year.
