what is wrong with my fruit tree??

help! i moved into this house about a year ago and i am not even really sure waht kind of fruit tree this is, but all of a suddent half of its branches are sagging. There are also some curled/ almost chewed leaves on some of the old growth, but that problem doesnt seem to be getting worse. what could be wrong and waht should i do about it?

It's hard to tell from the picture. Are the branches sagging from the weight of fruit? If so thin enough off so the branches don't break. It might benefit from even more thinning but that would be a good start.
