Why not a fruit salad type tree with several varieties? There are multi grafts with apricots on them so you will have apricots but then they will have other varieties also. Dave Wilson nursery puts out a tree with peach plum nectarine and apricot. They are slightly more work than a normal tree but nothing outside of reason.

Are there such grafts for multi-citrus trees too?

I get the most use from my Meyer lemon tree. If your orange tree does not produce, then maybe you should replace it with a better orange tree. I had a Valencia orange tree in Venice that made oranges all year, and they were great for taking on hiking trips.

For cooking, nothing beats a Meyer lemon, however, although they do not produce quite as much as a Valencia orange.

My neighbor has a cherry tree and there are citrus trees in the neighborhood. Do citrus trees need a pollinizer?

Yes, your local nursery will have multigraft citrus trees. Ask them what's available. Not sure on the pollinizer. Here in citrus country SoCal, if you get a citrus tree that needs a pollinizer, 9 times out of 10 a neighbor has that tree you need so generally everything produces.

Do you have a pollenizer for your Fuji apple tree, or do you have a neighbor with a pollenizer? You won't get a whole lot of apples without a pollenizer. You could graft one in.
