Ponkan Mandarin June Drop

I have a dwarf mandarin that has flowered and the fruits are now between 1/4 - 1/2" size. Overall the tree seems pretty healthy. However, i noticed that some of the fruits have turned yellow (vast majority are still deep green) and a decent percentage have fallen from the tree. I notice some of the leaves are also curled / a bit splotchy yellow.
I'd like to think this is normal and from what I've read, it seems natural for some of the fruits to drop initially, but thought I'd check given my troubles with my netarine this spring!
Thanks,
Carl
