Angel Red pomegranate leaves turning yellow

I am trying to grow an Angel Red pomegranate tree. It is flowering and even set one fruit, however the edges of the leaves are turning yellow and yellow spots are also starting to show up on the leaves.

Any suggestions what kind of nutrient deficiency this might be? It appears to be magnesium related but that doesn't explain the yellow spots.

I haven't tested the ph of the soil, but there is concrete foundation nearby and I am not sure if it could be affecting the ph.

Any help would be very appreciated.

Looks like the start of mildew to me. Are you able to keep the foliage dry while providing lots of direct sun? You can't give them too much sun.
