Rain, pruning and spray

I know you all in the midwest, and on the Great Lakes have been hit with rain like crazy. Same for the Phillie area, but we finally had our first real downpour yesterday in RI. It has been like a dust bowl here. The leaves on my apple trees were starting to turn 'olive' green. Not a great sign, but they are still sending out new growth.

I am truly surprised at the growth of the Mirabelle plums. They have shot up five feet this summer without a drop of rain until yesterday. Can I summer prune them or will that deter fruit set for next year?

Also, there is definitely something in my spray mixture which has never happened before. I follow my measuring instructions to the letter, so that should not be the problem. My peach leaves are the most sensitive and after they are sprayed, red dots appear that turn into holes. Some not all of the leaves turn yellow and drop. Same for the plums. The apple leaves appear bullet-proof. I am just mixing triaz. with immunox and a sticker. I've been doing this for years. This year the leaves just don't like it. Mrs. G

My leaves are starting to do that too. It looks like I have a nutrient defiency too, as I'm noticing the veins. Dispite being in the Midwest, the rain has not hit Michigan. it's been a dry early summer. I think I may have to fertilize them. It may have been the harsh winter, very strange.

Stone fruits are prune to the disease called shothole.
So likely the spray-then-holes sequence is coincidental.
