Most bare root trees that I receive aren't as dormant as I'd like for grafting scions. I'd have to think you'd have that also considering you'd need the scions a month or two later than down here.

If you could get green budwood in about a month you could try T budding. That probably won't be easy either. Probably not many live peaches in all of MN right now.
