| My plants look terrible this year. I am it sure if due to the two heat waves and some type of wilt virus or they just won't recover from dryin out a couple of times. Can I cut them down to the ground now and push growth with heavy fertilizer to get a fall crop? |

| I would think that for a fall crop, a cane would have to have flower buds already formed at this date. What was the duration of drying out a couple of times? |
