| Hi guys, I have a year old papaya plant that gets male, female, and hermaphrodite flowers. Last month, the plant set 9 hermaphrodite fruits and 2 female fruits. This month however, it is dropping all the fruit flowers and I cannot figure out why. Two weeks ago, it had 7 hermaphrodite fruits, but they all dropped. Now the plant is getting another round of fruit flowers and they are starting to drop like the last ones. I have fertilized the plant, adjusted the watering, made sure it does not have any disease, etc. But the fruits are not setting. Can anyone please help me understand why the fruit flowers are dropping? |
