| We have Thornless blackberries, we have had them for maybe 6 yrs. now. Each year I seem to get less and less berries from them. I can't find any information about how long they produce berries. Does anyone know if they just stop producing berries after so many years? |

| Application of some inches of composted manure annually may extend the lifespan, also allowing some canes to tip root every 2 or 3 years will keep younger plants in the mix. Except for new varieties purchased, my original varieties from the late 1990's are still going strong using the above methods. |
