brown ends on blueberry leaves

| This happened to one of my blueberry plants last year- brown leaves and a halt to fruit production. The pant died after I tried to transplant it so this year I replaced it and the same thing happened, but both times the blueberry plant a few feet away was unaffected. |

| Too much sun too quickly, too hot, too much fertilizer, and/or not enough water. Does any of those seem to fit your situation? |

| Only thing I can add to what Fruitnut said is if you did fertilize what did you fertilize with? |

| Tell us about your soil. It looks to be a bit rocky and perhaps not a good blueberry medium. |

| Thanks for all the ideas. I have a ph tester that I will use on the soil. Is there anything else that needs to be special about the soil? |
