It's an ornamental.

That picture is as fake as a fourty dollar bill, misspelling and all. All varieties would never be in full bloom at the same time with no overlap and no blank spaces.

The picture appears to be an artistic rendition. However,this guy apparently is well publicized for his work. There's a video in this link.
