Oh snap!

This my first year training grape vines. I went to check on them today and found one vine was snapped into about 18 inches from reaching the top.... a bird or the wind i guess. Is this going to negatively effect its year one training and development?

no. Might slow it by a week or so but a side bud will go and in time you won't even be able to tell it happened.
