Raspberry leaves being eaten by little bugs

I suspected the leaves of my Heritage everbearing raspberry were being eaten by something, and tonight I found some small gray/beige bugs on them about the size of a fly. I believe they had wings as well. Are they anything to worry about? I could always try to take a picture of the bugs if I see them again.

Furthermore, my Vaccinium membranaceum (thinleaf huckleberry) is having its leaves eaten too, though I've never found the culprit. Could the same bugs be responsible?

Thanks for any info.

I guess I'll answer my own post. :) The culprits appear to be small beetles, on both the raspberry and the huckleberry. Is there a good natural way to repel them, such as a dilute vinegar spray?
