Apple Trees Recommendation

I'm going to start over with apple again. What apples trees should I order for fresh eating? We like Fuji, Honeycrisp and Gala apples. What do you recommend?

I know there are so many varieties, just name the ones you really like and have similar tastes to the one we love.

At my local nursery, they still have Gold Delicious, Suncrisp, Cinnamon Spice, Pound Sweet and Yellow Transparent. But I do not think any of them has the same taste as the apple I mentioned.

In my opinion Suncrisp is a great apple. My favorite so far is Jonagold. A dude I know love Pinova, he says it is sweet but not tart.

My opinion is that you should not buy any of those, rather wait and buy mail order bare root in the spring. I bought an apple late in the year and it was terribly root bound. I cut the roots as you are supposed to do, but it really struggled for it's first 2 yearsand still does not behave like my others. Trees purchased bare root do much better

Don't look for alternatives or similar tasting apples to Honeycrisp...IMO there aren't any. Plant the HC for sure. How about Goldrush for a late season apple, it is a suitable pollinator for HC and is disease resistant and a nice producer and great tasting apple by all accounts. It also keeps forever.
Maybe a Early season apple too? William's Pride is said to be a really good early season apple and is VERY disease resistant. I'm considering this apple for myself as well and will most likely choose it for my early apple. So far I've found nothing better. WP is mostly compared to Empire and I like Empire a lot, but have never tasted WP myself.

IMO Fuji can be a really great apple...or a really weakly flavored and bland apple with most tending to be nearer to the latter imo. It is notorious for taking forever to begin bearing, but is a reliable cropper once it finally does.

Personally I'd skip the trees you mentioned at your local nursery...but that's just me.
What did you have before and what failed about them?
