Hanska plum bug?

I have a Hanska plum with a problem.Posted pictures.I am not sure if it is a bug or fungus.I sprayed this year with captin & Sspectracide.My peaches , apple,s , nectarine's all doing grate no problem. Just plum trees.I have a gold plum has very little problem.If anybody can help it would be appreciated.
