Strawberry leaves/disease: can you ID?

These are Jewels, their second summer. Got a glorious crop. After they were done, fertilized and chopped them down, but they grew again, of course.

Because the tomatoes and other crops were exploding, I did not keep after the weeds, although I weeded as I was fertilizing. Also, it has been a cool, wet summer in Zone 6b.

What is this disease, and is there anything I can do now to fix it? Does this mean next summer's strawberries are in danger?

Strawberries can get many leaf spot diseases. use a fungicide. Next year's crop should be fine, but best to treat.
