| Hey guys, I know this is a little random but figure you guys might be able to help anyway. I canned some applesauce last year around this time and I'm finally down to my last jar. It was cinnamon flavored. However, the contents of the jar have turned a much darker brown. It smells fine though. What do you think? Is this normal? |
