Lapin cherry tree

i live in NW Florida and planted this Lapin cherry tree last year. It's been growing really well until recently the leaves started looking like this and some falling off. We have had a lot of rain for this time of the year so I don't know if it's over-watering related or some type of other thing. Any help would be great!

The older leaves do that this time of year. Even in my greenhouse with no rain. Plus your season is much longer than traditional cherry growing areas. The leaves are more prone to early yellowing than any other fruit I grow.
