| It was valuable info you gave to me re: my Harry Lauder Walking Stick. (always has been my mostest favorite) My heart wrenching problem is that it sprouted here and there, green leafs, only to soon after brown and crumble. Should I spray with a fungicide like I do my Nine Bark bushes? It's systemic used specifically for powdery mildew, among other problems. There are numerous new sprouts growing at the base of the trunk; which to me was perhaps an indication of life still in it. The situation was noticed that it was always the first tree to leaf out, but it was not, I did snip off a bottom branch growing out into the walk way. This was this harshest winter here in WI. Lordy I hope you or another helper-outer is of assistance to my Guy. I do still love his shape and will continue to do so with winter soon to arrive. Smile, Jaemy |
