You can stuff the leaves with rice, meat, or anything, and you can use the prunings on the BBQ for smoke. You could make wine with the grapes.

If you like the taste of them fresh, juice, jelly and fresh eating.
It's a muscadine so wine is a good possibility.

Break, press, ferment, rack, ferment, bottle, age, for light.
Break, ferment, press, ferment, bottle, age, for dark.

I suggest steering away fermentation that is done in 7 days. Even ale takes longer than that.
Now I've got the willies thinking about drinking something while it's actively fermenting.

In IL zone 5 you would never have heat that take to make it 7 days fermentation over.

Don't fear the yeast. A short fermentation will not yield as refined and complex a brew, but a wine that is a little rough around the edges is still a wine.

Will i need special equipment to make the wine? and how hard will it be for a first timmer?

You can make wine with minimal equipment.
Prisoners do it with ziplock bags, fruit juice and bread.

Better results come with better equipment.

You could post it, there is a wine forum that dabbles in homebrewing and winemaking so Gardenweb shouldn't have a policy against it.
