There are four things you can do as an organic peach grower: prune flagging tips to kill the moths in the tip; spray spinosad; put down Surround; and use mating disruption if you can find it. You need to read up on the moth lifecycle so you can learn the timing of the sprays. Its a lot of work but you can get bug-free peaches. You also are probably getting plum curculio, it tends to infest every Virginia peach orchard eventually. You can tell if that is part of your problem if the peaches drop off in June with worms that ate the baby seed. If they stay on but are wormy you have oriental fruit moth. Surround is the primary organic method of control for plum curculio.
