Huge 30ft. Ornamental Pear That Hasn't set a flower in 30 years

We have a 30 year old pear tree on our property that's never had any flowers. I'm not sure if maybe the flowers are inconspicuous? It's not been over or under fertilized, the two primary reason for lack of bud set. Is their cultivar of Pyrus that doesn't flower/inconspicuous?

Pear flowers are not inconspicuous. How confident are you that it is a pear tree?

Unless their is a false - pear or something, 100%. I have a baby Bartlett I bought online with identical leaves. 3 separate trusted experts have told me too, an arborist, a horticulturist, and a botanist, plus an unqualified gardener and a nursery employee. They all scratch their heads at this too, though.

This is interesting. Post a few pictures.
