After having tasted a peach of my own for the first time I just can't hardly wait until next year to do it all over again! My measly 13 peaches weren't nearly enough!

That is great success in your zone. Hope it continues. We picked 30-40 peaches today. And we probably picked 200 before today.

I must have 100 or more left on my Reliance, and Contender is about to ripen next. Contender probably has 100 peaches on it in its first year of fruit.

I am going to severely prune after harvest as I have branches hanging to the ground.

Beautiful peaches. Yes, it was a very good year here in central Illinois, too. Happiness is a great peach harvest. Canning is a chore but well worth it when the snow flies!
