help !!! blackberries and raspberries

Please help me,
Can anyone tell me what is going on with my blackberries and raspberries ? I had just got them, haven't put them into the ground yet. After last night rain my grapevine and berries foliage turned black and look burnt. I was wondering if anyone had every experienced this before ? It look like frost damage, but then it is summer here. lowest it ever get is mid 60s. Thanks in advance
