Osage was just released last year, so probably not many people have tried them yet. Mostly good reviews on Triple Crown. I just put mine in this year, so haven't tried them yet. Will probably add Osage later.

I also just put in triple crown, but it did produce about 20 berries from the florocane that was sent to me. They were excellent. Also was useful to see when ripe. it seems the longer you keep them on the vine, the sweeter they get. They should readily fall off with no effort when ripe. If you're working to remove them, they are not ripe!

Osage sounds good too! So many good blackberries, lot's of cultivars I would like to grow.

I just ordered and Apache and a Natchez. Does any one have experience with growing them?

I ordered an Aphache, but they were out and asked to send a Natchez. I took it. It grows super fast, the fastest grower of eight cultivars I planted. A few berries were produced and they were not as good as Triple Crown, but I figure they will make excellent jam. I'm looking for sweet AND also tart berries. Sweet for eating and tart always makes the best jam, or to cook with.

Nice. Thanks Drew. I am looking forward to good tasting TC. I was hoping someone tried osage. I will find out how good it is next year. I am throwing out the blackberries I have now. They are too sour even when they dropped off at touch.

Kiowa and Newberry are both excellent varieties in Maryland. They are trailing varieties and are also part raspberry. I am going to try Osage myself, it sounds promising; of the non-trailing types my current favorite is Triple Crown.

BTW it looks like Pense is selling Osage now and their prices are much more reasonable than Berries Unlimited.

Scott - did you mean "kotata"? I have Kiowa and it's an errect variety. I bought a couple of Osage about a month ago but they were just 3" pots and probably won't produce until 2015.
