| Hi, this summer has been the first for my Mulberry (nigra king james) tree, I bought three trees gave two away (because I'm nice like that) and planted this one. for some reason only the last buds on each branch have burst into leave and grown. it's almost as if the part of the branch nearest the join doesn't know the season. I only noticed this after having seen the other two I bought. I'm in the Worcestershire UK and on a clay soil. loads of Manure etc was dug into a large hole when planting. |
