Cherry tree has flowers ?

A few days ago I noticed two open blossoms on one if my cherry trees. I think it's on a Montmorency tree. But it's mid September and I'm in zone 6b. The trees were purchased and planted this Spring. Anyone has this happen?
I'm pretty sure they all flowered back in the spring, but I planted 33 trees this year so I don't have specific memories of each individual tree.

I've got a few blossoms right now on blueberry, pluot, nectarine, and grape. It's fairly common and not usually any concern. Usually it's a small percentage of what will bloom next spring and therefore not an issue. Even in warm winter areas the resulting fruit doesn't ripen to good quality. Pinch them off if it makes you feel better.

It's more common on low chilling fruit in warm climates and is often favored by pruning or rain after a dry spell.
