Blueberry Fertigation

Hello,
I bought 3 packages of fertilizers. One package of ammonium sulfate (nitrogen), one of monopotassium phosphate (potassium and phosphorus), and the other one is a mix of micronutrients (iron, copper, zinc, etc).
The ammonium sulfate and MKP are in salt form, not liquid.
The mix of micronutrients is powder.
So I would like to know how much of each fertilizer I should use and how much water. I don't want to burn the blueberries. What's the best recipe?
