| So far as I understand Shenandoah, Susquehanna, and Rappahanock are the only Peterson varieties with patent claims. Are Potomac and Wabash completely free to share? |

| They are not patented and I never heard a patent was applied for on them. Wabash was very hard to propagate for me, I tried two years and failed both times. It would grow for awhile then fade. Scott |

| Scott, I've seen that happen sometimes with pawpaw grafts, but I don't think it has so much to do with the variety being grafted (Wabash) as it does with the quality of the scionwood. |
