Ordering Jujube Trees

I'm going to order several Jujube trees, Li, Lang, Sugar Cane, Honey Jar and Shanxi Li. I have plenty of room, so I'm going to plant them about 25' to 30' apart on top of a shallow berm. I think most of them can grow up to 30' size.

Can someone tell me which one set fruits early, and late? I believe Li is early, not sure about others. It is better to group them properly to optimal pollination.

For mine Honey Jar and Sugar Cane set the very first season. So much so that I felt I needed to thin. Li and Shanxi Li bloomed the first yr but didn't set.

I've got seven trees I'm wanting to get rid of this fall. If you are interested email me thru gardenweb. The Honey Jar froze out but I have the other three plus Sherwood and 3 trees of large fruited local selections that fruit every yr thru drought and hail. One didn't miss a crop with 5 inches rain total in 22 months.

Here's a picture of the trees. They fruit heavily at this size but froze out this yr.

Lang is later that the others you mention, at least for me. But I wouldn't go out of my way to plant lang; it's ok for drying but li and tigertooth are better for drying, and lang needs a long growing season.

The others all fruit at about the same time for me.

I really like shihong you might consider it; productive and tasty.

I think your pollination will be fine

Honey Jar and Sugar Cane and So are almost same time and are earliest. The good thing is the fruits are not ready at the the same time. I started to pick up 3 weeks ago . Now most of them can be picked up. Li and Shanxi Li are around the same time. I picked a few this past weekend.
