| I'm still trying to ID this Asian pear. The fruit is more golden and lighter than the other Asian pears, which are more on the grey side. I'm thinking this is Chojuro, but not sure.

| That's what it looks like here. But, so do some others I grow. Flavor is a giveaway, to me. Chojuro has, to me, a butterscotch flavor undertone. |

| Most of the Asian pears I see in store have a grey tone to the golden brown. This one is more glow and the flesh transparent. It is hard to tell the flavor. Each person may have a different taste... |
