They will probably do okay in the garage,but I propagated some from cuttings one Summer and kept them growing with bottom heat and a plant light,through the Winter and they did fine the next year.Just don't let them dry out. Brady

Thanks! Got my plant stand set up today for some aloe starts. I will bring the blueberries inside. They are all pushing new foliage right now so I'm glad I can keep them growing. These berries are fantastic. Wish I knew what variety they are. So much sweeter than my other plants and store bought.

I do fruit starts in my greenhouse and skip dormancy. If you can't keep them totally dormant in low light situations (like garages) it's far preferable. Although many of the fruits don't go to complete dormancy if kept warm and lit, they often experience leaf-fall and enter a sort of cyclic semi-dormancy, and you should adjust watering to compensate for that, but like said never let them dry out to the point of death and in spring they'll kick into overdrive.
