 o
Tobacco Mosaic Virus -) Apples?

Does anyone know if reusing soil from tomatoes and potatoes could cause mosaic virus in apples? If it is possible, is it likely to happen? I'm referring to container grown vegetables and fruit.

My tomatoes and potatoes leaves often look bad by the end of the season but doubt it is TMV - seems aphid related. I'm hoping I don't have to toss aside the great potting soil and mulch.

I doubt apple is affected by TMV. But even if it is it won't be spread via soil or mulch. I believe on tomatoes it's spread by thrips.
