Help me in Choosing Apple Trees

I lost some apple trees to deer, so it is time to plant apple trees again. This place has limited semi-dwarf apples for fall delivery. I'll order some now and may order a few more from other places. This is what they have:

Arkansas black
Crimson red
Fuji
Gala
Golden delicious
Golden nugget
Lodi
McIntosh
Mutzu
Red delicious
Red Jonathon
Red June
Red rome
Stayman vinesap

My apples will be for fresh eating, may make some cider if I have too many apples. So I want the apples to be sweet tasting. But will certainly consider some special apple (like Granny Smith) for a change.

I'm thinking of:
Fuji
Gala
Golden Delicious
Golden Nugget
Lodi
Mutzu

Not sure if I miss anything good here. Thx.

Drop the Lodi, eary apple that is hard to get good. I like the rest of your list. Although I would suggest getting Suncrisp from somewhere to put in in the spring. Suncrisp is ripe in Oct. It has an awesome tropical flavor. Everyone I have shared with has been in love with it. Iti s not a good one for apple deserts recipes, as the tropical tones clash wit the rest of the recipe. Although i have not had enough to make this, it I fantasize about suncrisp apple sauce.

My local nursery even has a Suncrisp tree for sale. I may get some more in spring, like Honeycrisp, Golden Russet, Sansa, Zestar and Granny Smith. I think there may be some duplicate in terms of flavor. I prefer not to grow two Gala, or two Fuji if there is some slight different (even similar) in flavor.
