Yes, it is only good for drying because it is sort of dry,pulpi but very sweet and has that native american persimmon taste.

Bob,

I got 2 Rossyanka hybrid persimmon trees about 7 feet tall. Hopefully, they will fruit next year and I will try to dry some.
