Will apples continue to ripen after light frost?

Will apples on the tree continue to ripen after light frost? We got enough frost to damage, but not kill, peppers and tomatoes. Some apples have not uniformly reddened. Should we leave them on the tree as no more frost is forecast for a couple of weeks?

Yes they will continue to ripen. Leave them on the tree. They may be damaged at low 20s or upper teens. I've left them on thru upper teens without apparent damage.
