Disease with my lemon tree?

Leaves from lemon tree turn brown and patchy. Not sure if there's a fungal issue. What spray should we use to correct this?

Also, what is the best pest control (ants... Etc) spray to use on fruit trees and concentration/frequency of use?

If we post in the forum, please let us know where it will more appropriate.

Thanks in advance.

Leaf miners. Spinosad and certain dormant oils work somewhat for control. Go to the citrus forum here and there will be more info on leaf miners.

I recommend against spraying, as insecticides kill beneficial insects as well. You want your local population of beneficial insects to increase to keep a balance. The leafminer damage is unsightly, but under most conditions is not detrimental to fruit production or overall health of the tree. Follow the UC IPM link below for more details.

Tanglefoot does a great job of keeping ants off of citrus.
