Persimmon fruit size and pollination

Does persimmon fruit size vary with pollination ?

I have a non astringent variety planted by a previous owner.
It is most likely a Fuyu and it used to produce large unseeded fruit.

I planted a couple more trees (coffeecake and chocolate) and now the fruit size on the first tree is about half of what it used to be. 50% of the fruit I have harvested so far are seeded.
