I went overboard @ the local nursuery 40% off sale

Every fall the nursery in town has a 40% off sale, it's always a madhouse! I ended up buying a bunch of donut/saucer nectarines and peaches. Aside from Galaxy, I've never heard of these varieties, the grower is Burchell and I couldn't find info on their website. Do any of you have experience with any of these donut/saucer varieties?

Peach:
Galaxy
Scarlett Halo
Pink Halo

Nectarines:
Sugar Pie
Honey Halo
Honey Saucer

October Sugar- not a saucer, but it looked good and I don't have any nectarines that ripen that late.

I also picked up a Red Gravenstein and Winesap apple

Texas Gardner mag has an atricial on your peaches this month.
They are said to be very sweet.

Those are new saucer varieties I don't know much about. Come back and tell us how good they are in a few years. Below is the Burchell catalog, they should be in there. I did grow Galaxy, it was a very large white flesh saucer peach. It was often rubbery so I pulled it out. Note I am very picky about my peach varieties, its a perfectly good peach.
