| Hi all, I have a very novice question. We recently moved to the country and the house we bought has a pergola with Concord grapes growing over it. We picked a wheel barrow full on Sunday and had not had the time to bring them into the house until last night. They smell as if they are fermenting a bit. Do you think it is ok to use them for jelly? Thank you in advance! |

| as long as there is no sign of mold on the grapes, should be OK |
