Avocados and Olives

Hi all my first time posting but have learned a ton from the other posts.
1st- I have a 28'x7' space in my back yard that I want to plant with non citrus fruit trees. I was thinking
1st-Arbewuin olive tree and 1 Brogdon avocado tree. Is there enough space for both or do I have enough space for a third tree. Was thinking Moringa.

2nd- Does anyone have any suggestions for plants under these trees. Trying to go the permaculture route.

if you plant tthe avocado tree, my advice is to look up flowers in your local area that attract bee's this will help the avocado polinate
