Golden Delicious apples not looking delicious

This is what 80% of my Golden Delicious apple crop looks like this year. I was pretty consistent with the Imunox. Nothing wrong under the skin. Cedar apple rust possibly? Would like some suggestions for next year. Thank you.

Aside from what looks like some russeting on some, your GD look just like mine. Sooty blotch. I found out this morning while cleaning one for my lunch that the Scotchbrite pads we use for dishes cleans it off right down to the shiny skin. A bit much work for the bushels I have, but if you just want to clean some up for gifts it may be worth it.
