Does anybody else have this? I didn't until about a year ago, and it manifests itself like poison ivy, except on my lips or in my mouth. I don't eat the skins, and avoid as much contact with them as I can by cutting them off the fruit with a healthy layer of mango left on the skin so there's no contamination from the oils.
I can drink juice with mango in it, I like other mango products (salsa, etc), so I'm wondering if cooking it should cut down on the reaction. Also wondering about dehydrating it, as I'd be more inclined to do that. I got two today and am going to do some experimenting, but I figured I'd throw this out there to see if I got any replies.
Thanks!
