Lemon tree

I have a 12ft lemon tree whose leaves are becoming strangely misshapen, turning yellow, and falling off. I use a citus plant fert every 3-6 months, any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Jed: Is it possible that you have the citrus leaf miner in your area? There are other possibilities but the leaf miner is one.

You should be able to eliminate insect damage by inspection. Then I would consider drainage of the soil and the possibility of a chemical problem in the soil. Al
