Is this a raspberry?

I found this growing near my garden, about 2 feet away from a raspberry cane that failed to grow earlier this year. I'm in the Appalachian Foothills of North Georgia. I was wondering if it is a raspberry vine or something. Else.

It looks like blackberry.

Agreed. The size and spacing of the thorns remind me of the Obsidian blackberry, although yours could be another variety or just a wild seedling.

Raspberries are mostly thornless, may develop some fine small prickles near the base when mature.

i have raspberry and black berry and the leaves look more like my blackberry plants.

I've noticed that blackberries tend to have angular stems and raspberries don't.
