Im finally done collecting apples for the season to sample and review.
My 7 cubic foot chest freezer is filled to the brim with all sorts of good varieties to try.

This is all part of my selection process for a few scions to graft onto my crab apple.

Whats in your cold store? This is whats in mine:

RE: Whats in your cold storage?

I've got Olympic, Bosc, Seckel, and Comice pears. A few Goldrush and Golden Delicious apples. Flavor Treat pluot and Crimson grapes. Will be adding Eureka persimmon in a few weeks. Should last most of the winter.

RE: Whats in your cold storage?

My storage refrigerator has mostly Gala apples, because that's what fruited. I store fruit in the turkey size ziplocks. It's always a question how long the Galas will last.

Also a bag of Enterprise, a bag of anonymous yellow apples, a bag of Kieffer pears.

And garden produce.
