t-budding apple trees?

Hi, I have a harcourt apple tree but I also want other trees can apple trees be t-budded, If I can't t bud can I cleft graft them? and what time of the season

tasty: Apples are excellent for t budding. Because they have pretty thick bark, it is easy to do the budding. They also heal nicely. In z3 you will probably need to wait until August to bud. Force the bud the following spring.
