No responses, eh.
I haven't grown jujubes, so can't comment on what's going on with those fruits... but I guess I'll question...why all the insecticide spraying?
So far as I'm aware, jujubes are pretty much regarded as a 'no-spray' fruit, with few, if any insect or disease issues.

November is pretty late for Jujubes to not be ripe yet. I heard in a Roger Meyers Youtube video that they will sometimes dry on the tree. Could that be what is happening with yours?

Lucky_p, well, spraying jujube tree when beginning to bloom is a very common practice among local farmers here in Saudi Arabia. According to many farmers, as soon as jujube begins to bloom, they are attacked by an insect and I think it is the fruit fly not 100% sure. These flies lay their eggs in the bloom and when later they hatch inside the fruit :( so the fruit is damaged and it will not help it if u spray a hundred times. In short, frequent spray in hope that bloom is free of fly eggs.
Hope this answers ur question.

bob_6, jujube fruit is about ripe in late December and January here in K.S.A so I'm pretty sure this is not the issue in my case

Ah...had no idea where 'KSA' was.
Here in the USA, jujube (currently) has few, if any, insect or disease problems, and spraying is not generally needed.

Shepard
Is your tree an Indian jujube? Most of the Chinese jujubes in the US are pest free.

I don't grow them either, but it looks like a fungal rot, no insects inside? Common infections:
jujube rust, jujube anthracnose, jujube white rot, jujube fruit rust disease, ascochyta spot of jujube, jujube witches broom. About 30 different diseases exit. To me it's fungal, You may have to use a fungicide. They do get fruit rot, and that is what it looks like.
Like people are saying the Indian species are more suceptable. Talk to the local farmers, they probably know what it is, and how to treat it.
