| Word of caution on 'seedless' grape varieties. Concord seedless is not seedless despite it's name. Other 'seedless' varieties may have vestigial seeds in the fruit depending on a number of factors. Since it takes several years to get the vines to fruit, I wanted to make sure you knew this. Also, on your 4" pot question. A 4" inch pot is rather small. You may be better off going with a bareroot vine. The bareroot vines I have purchased have had root systems that were 1-2ft long, which I doubt would be able to be present in a 4" inch pot. With that said, I can't tell you whether a bareroot vine with a strong root system grows any faster or better than one from a 4" inch pot. |

| Seedless Concord is definitely seedless here at my place, but there has been a number of posts about this issue. I've only had them since July of 2013 though. Bought them off the clearance table at Wal-Mart. If it were to start developing seeds though it would get whacked. Regular seeded Concord has a much better flavor and produces better in my experience. I also have Red Canadice and it doesn't produce as much as I'd like. but the grapes are good and sweet with a finish that tastes just like Riunite Lambrusco to me and my wife. They are super good. |

| grape-2006 the seedless concord are not seedless in Kansas. It depends on how severe the weather is if they are seedless are not. They taste very good here providing they are ripe. They produce 2 crops here. |
